Work completed this week:

• SE 4th Ave between SE 7th St to SE 9th St – Crews continued with installing new concrete sidewalks and driveways.
• SE 4th Ave between SE 9th St to SE 10th St – Crews installed the new 8” Rock Base and graded for preparation for the 1st lift of asphalt.
• Alleyway 6 – install concrete aprons at SE 3rd St.

Work scheduled for week of January 11th:

• SE 4th Ave between SE 6th St to SE 7th St – Pavement Reconstruction to begin, including new concrete sidewalks & driveways.
• SE 4th Ave between SE 7th St to SE 8th St – Installing new water services and installing new concrete sidewalks & driveways.
• SE 4th Ave between SE 8th St to SE 9th St – New sidewalks & driveways to be completed.
• SE 4th Ave between SE 9th St to SE 10th St – 1st lift of new asphalt to be placed.
