Work completed this week:

• SE 4th Ave between SE 3rd St to SE 4th St – work continues with installing new concrete sidewalks & driveways, as well as excavation for the new 8” Rock Base for the new roadway.
• SSE 2nd Ave between SE 3rd St to SE 4th St – Contractor started road reconstruction and replacement of sidewalks/driveways.

Saturday, February 20th:

• SE 4th Ave between SE 4th St to SE 3rd St – crews will be removing sidewalks/driveways in preparation for new concrete sidewalks/driveways.

Work scheduled for week of February 22nd:

• SE 4th Ave between SE 3rd St to SE 4th St – work will continue with installing new Sidewalks & Driveways and grading the new rock base for 1st lift of asphalt.
• SE 4th Ave between SE 5th St to SE 7th St – paving the 1st lift of Asphalt over the new rock base.
• SE 4th Ave at SE 5th St – the repair on the 30” Sewer is scheduled to be completed.
• SE 2nd Ave between SE 3rd St to SE 4th St – Roadway Reconstruction Continues.

Daily Street Closures/Detours

• Closures along SE 4th Ave and also along SE 2nd Ave, will occur in Work Zone Areas. Please follow posted detours and watch for Flaggers in Work Zone Areas.
